Supporting Women to Live with Energy, Intention and Ease

About Me

For over 25 years, I’ve worked closely with women: first as a hair stylist in salons, then running my own business for the past 18 years. Throughout that time, I saw just how much women struggle to put themselves first. Whether it’s busy mums juggling the family home, children, partners, pets… or women working full-time (and then some), buried under deadlines, skipping meals, running on empty, and rarely doing the things they love.

That truth hit even harder when, 7 years ago, I became a solo mum by choice to my beautiful daughter, I totally lost myself in the process. Parenthood, running a home, running a business… it’s a lot. At times, I felt like I was grieving my old life. The responsibility was relentless and I felt completely disconnected from me.

But now, I’m on the other side. I’ve done the work, made space for healing, and reconnected with who I am. And now I want to help other women do the same. To find their way back to themselves, to their energy, joy, and balance.

My Journey

My health and wellness journey began over 10 years ago when I first found an interest in yoga and nutrition. Knowing I wanted to become a parent, I focused on getting as fit and healthy as possible: attending fitness classes, eating well, and preparing my mind and body for what was ahead.

When my daughter arrived, I wasn’t prepared for the emotional overwhelm that came with becoming a mother. Then lockdown hit, and everything was intensified.

By 2022, I had turned 40 and reached a breaking point. I felt unmotivated, short-tempered, anxious, and completely disconnected from myself. I was eating poorly, not moving my body, and I knew I wasn’t modelling the kind of behaviour I wanted my daughter to see. That was my catalyst for change.

I began with small daily habits: early morning workouts, more intentional eating, and reassessing the people, content, and energy I allowed into my life (even down to who I followed on social media). These small, consistent changes helped me reconnect with myself and move toward a happier, healthier life.

I knew I wanted to turn this personal transformation into something more. To help other women find the same balance and alignment. That’s why I enrolled at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) and trained as a Naturopathic Health Coach, deepening my knowledge and stepping fully into the work I now love.

The How


My coaching style is rooted in simplicity, removing both physical and mental obstacles to create space for intentional change. I work in a soul-led way, always tailoring support to the individual. There’s no one-size-fits-all here.

I coach 1:1 with less strategy, more heart, blending personalised guidance with naturopathic principles: prevention over cure and aligning daily habits with your core values.

As a mum, a woman, and a business owner, I understand the importance of flexibility, alignment and flow. My goal is to help you feel empowered, energised and free from guilt.

The Why


I want women to feel lighter, happier, and more playful. To understand that there is more to life, and that they really can have it all.

I know how it feels to be overwhelmed and disconnected from yourself. I’ve been there. But I also know what it takes to feel in control again… to live with intention, clarity, and ease.

My purpose is to empower women to feel free from guilt, let go of pressure and create a way of living that supports how they want to feel each day. With the right support, you can come back to yourself and feel truly aligned again.

The Heart


My passion lies in supporting women to feel whole, well, and deeply connected to themselves and their environment.

I’m especially drawn to healthy ageing, stress management, and longevity. But at the heart of it all, it’s about family, food, connection, and creating a life that feels good. One that’s intentional, joyful, empowered.

I help women reshape their environment to feel like themselves again, aligned with their values and guilt-free. Creating a home and life that supports health, boundaries, and the peace we all need. It’s about nurturing body, mind and soul in a way that feels authentic.
